what is the Olivia Louise Photography experience?
My goal is to make your day as wondrous and exciting as possible, weaving a magical story of your day through the finished gallery.
From forested hikes to sunset ceremonies on the beach, I will be here to provide you with The Olivia Louise Photography Experience like no other.
I aim to bring you EPIC shots from your day while also having a blast doing it, and making you feel so comfortable in front of the camera you forget it's even there. I like to give a lot of action based prompts that inspire movement, to best capture those candid moments of joy.
My favorite kind of shots to capture are those of grand, sweeping views, with two madly in love people surrounded by the splendor and wildness of nature.

When you book with me you're not just hiring a photographer, you're also hiring a timeline planner and bubbly extrovert who is here to make sure YOU have the best day possible.
As soon as you book with me you'll receive a super informative elopement planning guide for you to peruse at your leisure, with so many helpful hints for your day including vendor recommendations, timeline planning tips, and so much more!
I then work with you to figure out location, craft a timeline, look into necessary permits and get you hyped for the most important day of your life.
I'll also be available for unlimited amounts of phone calls to make planning as easy as possible, so you can worry less and look forward to getting married to the love of your life!

I always want to make the best of a bad situation, so if it's raining or overcast I'm still happy to shoot as it can be such a beautiful end result! For portrait sessions (not weddings or elopements) you do always have the option to reschedule due to inclement weather if you so desire and if I have the new date available.
What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?
Earthy tones and colors that aren't too bright or neon are best, and it's good to coordinate outfits with your boo if doing a couples shoot so patterns don't clash.

For locations that are 1 hour within Portland there are no travel expenses, 2 hours within Portland and there's typically a $60 travel fee to help with gas. Any locations further than that will be subject to a travel fee based on nearby lodging (if needed) along with gas expenses.

Absolutely! If you book n elopement with me I will send over a 100 page pdf planning guide that's super informative. I also help with crafting your timeline, and if you're undecided on location I send over several location guides to help you narrow down your search!
